Milk Tea with Grass Jelly Recipe
Ingredients for Grass Jelly:
50 grams grass jelly powder
5 grams corn starch
20 grams sugar
Ingredients for Milk Tea:
20 grams of black tea
200 ml of hot water
50 ml preferred milk
1 ml / 50mg of Reform Botanicals Sleep Relief Tincture
Grass Jelly Preparation:
1. Combine dry ingredients in a medium sized sauce pot. Add water and bring up to a boil
2. Stir for 2 min. Remove from heat.
3. Pour into a nonreactive container to cool for 30 mins at room temperature.
4. Place in fridge for 1-2 hours to set
5. Cut into ½” x ½” cubes
Milk Tea Preparation:
1. Heat water. Steep loose tea in hot water for 5 min.
2. Strain tea and cool before serving.
3. Add 6-8 pc grass jelly to a highball like glass.
4. Drizzle 1ml / 50mg of Reform Botanicals Sleep Relief Oil Tincture
5. Add choice of milk and pour tea over the back of a spoon to limit mixing
