CBG vs. CBD: What's the difference?

CBG vs. CBD: What's the difference?

on

While you've probably heard of CBD, you may be wondering what CBG is.

CBG (or Cannabigerol) is considered the "mother of all cannabinoids", as it's the first compound formed in the cannabis plant’s life cycle. As the plant matures, enzymes convert CBG into other cannabinoids such as THC and CBD through a process known as biosynthesis.

You can find CBG in our Relief and Sleep gummies. Why? Studies show that CBG supports the regulation of serotonin, provides relief for chronic pain, and inflammation, and has sleep-inducing effects. Making them great for pre/post workout and a better sleep! Similar to CBD, CBG is non-intoxicating and does not get you high like THC.

More emerging studies show promise for helping people cope with pain, glaucoma, IBS, Crohn’s disease, the side effects of chemo (maybe even slowing cancer itself) and nerve damage. But much more research is required.
