Optimize Your Cannabis Consumption Workshop with Amy Chin
Optimize Your Cannabis Consumption
Coming to The Sanctuary Garden on November 15 at 1pm, Amy Chin will be leading a community-oriented workshop.
About the Workshop:
Step into a space designed for curiosity, connection, and creativity.
This is a chance to explore, learn, and play with the plant in a way that feels easy and personal to you.
We’ll start with a relaxed, open conversation about cannabis where you’ll:
- Get to know how your body and the plant work together — learn how cannabis interacts with your body and the Endocannabinoid System.
- Explore different ways to enjoy it mindfully — from flower and edibles to CBD and beyond, discover what approaches might feel like the best fit for your lifestyle.
- Find your optimal dose — learn how to notice your ideal dose so you can stay balanced, grounded, and get the most out of the experience.
It’s all about giving you helpful tools and insights, without any pressure or judgment. Whether you’re new to cannabis or just looking to understand it on a deeper level, this gathering is designed to spark curiosity and confidence.
Come as you are. Leave relaxed, inspired, and more connected to both the plant and yourself.
