Reform Botanicals Shipping and Return Policy
Last Updated: October 23, 2026
This Shipping and Return Policy (“Policy”) explains how Reform Botanicals LLC (“Reform Botanicals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed on www.reformbotanicals.com (the “Site”), and what happens if something goes wrong with your order. This Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, and by checking the box at checkout confirming that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and this Policy, you agree to this Policy. Please read it carefully — especially Section 11 (All Sales Are Final) and Sections 12–16 (Qualifying Claims and Store Credit).
In this Policy, “Hemp-Derived Products” means our gummies and other products containing CBD, CBG, or other hemp-derived cannabinoids, and any other consumable products we sell; a Hemp-Derived Product's “container” means the sealed pouch or other package that holds the product; “Apparel and Accessories” means our branded merchandise, such as hoodies, hats, and tote bags; and “products” means both.
1. WHO CAN ORDER
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from the Site. This 21+ requirement applies to every order and every shipping destination, regardless of the age limit in your state. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that the person receiving the package is 21 or older. We may ask for age verification before shipping, and a carrier may require an adult signature at delivery. If we cannot verify your age, we will cancel your order and refund your payment to your original payment method (See Section 2). We sell for personal use only and not for resale unless we have approved you to purchase for resale, in writing or through our Wholesale Website (see Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions).
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Order confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Receiving this email means we received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. An order is deemed accepted once we have shipped it. See Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions. We may decline or cancel any order in our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders from resellers we have not approved under the Terms and Conditions, orders to restricted destinations, and orders affected by pricing or inventory errors. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you to your original payment method.
Processing time: We typically process orders within 1 business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping confirmation: Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Please keep this email; you will need your order number and tracking information if you ever need to submit a claim.
3. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel an order. Please review your order carefully before you check out. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, email hello@reformbotanicals.com immediately with your order number. If your order has not yet been processed, we will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee any change. If it has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled, and it is subject to Section 11 (All Sales Are Final). If we are able to cancel an order at your request due to an incorrect shipping address before it ships, we will issue you store credit.
This Section 3 does not limit your right to cancel a subscription at any time under Section 22 (Subscriptions). Cancelling a subscription stops all future shipments and charges. A shipment that has already been charged and processed before you cancel will still ship, and it is subject to Section 11 (All Sales Are Final), but you may submit a qualifying claim for it under Sections 12–14.
4. WHERE WE SHIP
We ship only to addresses in the United States. We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska and Hawaii, except Idaho. Hemp and cannabinoid laws vary by state and locality and can change. We may stop or restrict shipping to any location at any time to comply with the law. If an order is placed to a location where we do not ship, we will cancel it and refund your original payment method. You are responsible for knowing whether you may lawfully purchase and possess our products where you live.
We do not ship internationally.
5. SHIPPING, CARRIERS, AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We ship through major U.S. and regional carriers selected by us and our fulfillment partner. The carrier for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.
All orders ship via standard shipping, which typically arrives within 5–8 business days after your order ships. Shipping charges are described in Section 6.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.
These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other events outside our control can affect delivery (see Section 9 for shipping delays).
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping costs apply to eligible U.S. addresses. Shipping rates will be displayed when placing your order and applied at checkout. Large or heavy orders, including bulk or wholesale orders we approve, may be subject to a higher shipping charge, which will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping, such as free shipping on orders above a minimum amount. Any current shipping promotion and its terms will be displayed on the Site and applied at checkout. Unless the promotion states otherwise, any minimum order amount is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts, promo codes, and store credit are applied, and before taxes and shipping charges.
The shipping charge shown at checkout when you place your order applies to that order. We may change our shipping rates, or modify or end any shipping promotion, at any time without notice; changes apply only to orders placed afterward.
Shipping charges are not refundable, except as stated in Section 15.
7. DELIVERY, TRACKING, AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate address: You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, and those orders do not qualify for store credit. If a package is returned to us because of an address error or because it was refused or unclaimed, we will contact you; we will reship your order once you confirm a correct address and pay a new shipping charge at our then-current rate. If you do not respond within 14 calendar days after we contact you, your order will be forfeited without refund or store credit, and we may dispose of it.
Track and retrieve promptly: Please track your package and bring it inside promptly after delivery. Our products can be affected by heat, cold, and moisture if left outside.
Inspect on arrival: Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it, and before you open any product, so that you can report a qualifying problem within the deadlines in Section 14. If you find fewer units than labeled when you open a container, stop and report it under Section 14 before consuming any.
8. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
Title to the products, and the risk of loss or damage, pass to you when we deliver your order to the carrier. This means the carrier, not Reform Botanicals, is responsible for the package while it is in transit. If your order meets the definition of a Missing Shipment or arrives Defective (see Section 12), you may submit a claim under Section 14. Any store credit we issue under this Policy is a courtesy and does not mean we have assumed the risk of loss.
9. SHIPPING DELAYS
If we are unable to ship your order within 5 business days, we will notify you by email and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method, or to agree to the new shipping date. We are not responsible for delays after an order is in the carrier’s possession, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, or supply-chain interruptions.
10. HOW TO CONTACT US ABOUT SHIPPING
For tracking questions or shipping concerns, email hello@reformbotanicals.com with your order number. We respond to messages during business days, usually within 1–2 business days.
11. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer money-back guarantees, on any product, including our Hemp-Derived Products and Reform Botanicals Apparel and Accessories (including but not limited to hoodies, hats, and tote bags). For our Hemp-Derived Products, this is because they are consumable products that we cannot safely resell. Hemp-derived cannabinoids affect everyone differently. We do not issue credits or refunds because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or did not like a product's taste, texture, effects, fit, or color.
You will never be asked to ship a product back to us. Please do not mail products to us. Any product mailed to us without our written request will not be accepted, will not be credited or refunded, and may be discarded.
The only exceptions to this Section are the limited situations described in Section 12 (Qualifying Claims), which are resolved with store credit, or, at our option, a replacement, and the limited situations in Section 15 where we refund your original payment method.
12. QUALIFYING CLAIMS: DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, WRONG PRODUCTS, AND MISSING SHIPMENTS
A claim qualifies for store credit only if it falls within one of the three definitions below (i.e., it is “Defective,” the “Wrong Product,” or a “Missing Shipment”), is reported within the deadline in Section 14, and includes the required information. These definitions are exclusive: an issue that does not meet one of them is not a qualifying claim.
12.1 “Defective” Product.
(A) Hemp-Derived Products.
A Hemp-Derived Product is “Defective” only if, at the time of delivery and before it is opened or used, one or more of the following is true:
(a) the tamper-evident seal on the container is broken, missing, or visibly compromised;
(b) the container is cracked, torn, crushed, punctured, or otherwise damaged so that the contents are exposed to the outside environment;
(c) the product’s “best by” or expiration date printed on the package has already passed on the delivery date;
(d) the container is missing its product label or lot number.
A Hemp-Derived Product is also “Defective” if, when you first open the container, the product shows mold, a foreign object, an odor or appearance suggesting spoilage, or another sign of contamination (a “Product Safety Issue”), and you report it within the deadline in Section 14 before consuming any product from that container.
A Hemp-Derived Product is not Defective because of: damage to the outer shipping box only, where the product container and seal are intact; damage that happens after delivery, including from exposure to heat, cold, or moisture while a package sits outside; any condition reported after the product has been opened or used (other than a seal or container problem or Product Safety Issue reported within the deadline in Section 14); improper storage; cosmetic changes in the gummies' shape, color, or texture, such as gummies that are soft, melted, or stuck together, while the seal is intact; or your personal reaction to, or dissatisfaction with, taste, smell, texture, or effects.
For your safety: If a seal is broken, the container is damaged, or you notice a Product Safety Issue, do not consume the product. Set it aside, out of the reach of children and pets, and contact us right away at hello@reformbotanicals.com with photos as described in Section 14 and the lot number on your package. We review every safety report and will follow up with you by email. If you report a Product Safety Issue within the deadline in Section 14, and we subsequently confirm that claim, we will issue store credit or ship a replacement, at our option. Please do not send the product to us.
(B) Apparel and Accessories.
An Apparel or Accessories item is “Defective” only if, at the time of delivery and before it is worn, washed, or used, it has a manufacturing defect such as a hole, tear, broken seam or strap, broken zipper or closure, or a printing error that differs from the product image on the Site.
An Apparel or Accessories item is not Defective because of: damage to the outer shipping box only, where the item itself is undamaged; damage that happens after delivery; fit or sizing; minor variations in color, print placement, or texture from product images; normal wear; damage from washing, drying, or care not consistent with the care label; or any condition reported after the item has been worn, washed, or used.
12.2 “Wrong Product.”
You received a “Wrong Product” only if, compared with what is listed on your order confirmation email, the product you received is a different product (for example, Calm instead of Sleep), a different flavor or formulation, or a different count (for example, a 10 Count instead of a 30 Count). A Hemp-Derived Product is also a Wrong Product if its container arrived with the seal intact but held fewer units than the count printed on its label (a “Short Count”). You must report a Short Count before consuming any units from that container. A product that matches your order confirmation is not a Wrong Product, even if you meant to order something else. If you received a product you did not order, you may keep it; we will not ask you to return it.
For Apparel and Accessories, a different size, color, or style than what is listed on your order confirmation email is a Wrong Product. A size you selected that does not fit is not a Wrong Product.
12.3 “Missing Shipment.”
A “Missing Shipment” means only one of the following:
(a) Lost in Transit: the carrier’s tracking information does not show your package as delivered within 15 business days after the date of our shipping confirmation email, and the carrier confirms (or does not dispute) that the package is lost, or the available tracking and delivery information does not show that the package was delivered or is still in transit; or
(b) Missing Items: your package was delivered, but one or more items listed on your order confirmation email were not inside the package, and the package arrived sealed and undamaged.
A package is not a Missing Shipment if: the carrier’s tracking shows it was delivered to the address you provided (including delivery to a mailbox, porch, mailroom, front desk, parcel locker, or neighbor at that address), unless the available delivery information (which may include delivery photos) shows that the package was misdelivered or lost; it was shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided; it was stolen after the carrier delivered it; it was refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender; or it is still within the 15-business-day transit window.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package: wait 3 business days (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early), check around your property, your mailbox or mailroom, and with neighbors and other household members, and contact the carrier. Then contact us within the deadline in Section 14. To review your claim, we may request delivery information from the carrier or our fulfillment partner, such as packing and shipping records, delivery photos, delivery location, or tracking information and scans. We will issue store credit for a delivered-but-not-received claim only if the available delivery information supports your claim, or if we approve the claim in our reasonable discretion.
13. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Without limiting Section 12, we do not issue store credit, refunds, or replacements for: change of mind; dissatisfaction with taste, texture, effects, fit, sizing, or color preferences; allergic or other personal reactions (see Section 18); products that were opened, used, or partially consumed (except for products opened or used due to a seal or container problem, a Product Safety Issue, or a Short Count, reported on time); items that have been worn or washed; issues reported after the deadlines in Section 14; packages that tracking shows were delivered to the address you provided (except as stated in Section 12.3); address errors; theft after delivery; products bought from third-party sellers or retailers rather than the Site; free gifts, samples, or promotional items; or gift cards and store credit.
14. HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
Email hello@reformbotanicals.com with the subject line “Claim – Order #[your order number],” and include: your full name and order number; the type of claim (Defective, Wrong Product, or Missing Shipment); a short description of the problem; and the required photos listed below.
Required photos: For Defective Hemp-Derived Product claims: clear photos showing the broken or compromised seal or damaged container, the product label showing the lot number and best-by date, and the shipping box and shipping label. For Product Safety Issue claims: clear photos of the product condition, the label showing the lot number and best-by date, and the opened container. For Defective Apparel and Accessories claims: clear photos showing the defect, the item's tag or label, and the shipping box and shipping label. For Wrong Product claims: photos of the product you received, its label or tag (showing size, color, or flavor), and the shipping label. For Short Count claims: a photo of the opened seal or liner still attached to the container, the label showing the count and lot number, and all units laid out so they can be counted. For Missing Items claims: photos of the shipping box (showing the shipping label and that the box was sealed), all contents received, and the packing slip, if included.
Please keep the product and packaging until your claim is resolved, or for 30 days, whichever is sooner; we may ask for additional photos or information. For Apparel and Accessories, please do not wear or wash the item until your claim is resolved. Do not ship anything back to us.

15. HOW WE RESOLVE CLAIMS — STORE CREDIT
We review each claim and will respond by email, usually within 3–5 business days after we receive all required information. We may ask for more information, and we may review delivery information from the carrier or our fulfillment partner before deciding. Missing Shipment claims may take longer while we review delivery information.
If we approve your claim, we will issue store credit in the amount you paid for the affected product(s), after discounts and promo codes and excluding taxes. For a Short Count, we will credit or replace only the missing units and shipping charges associated, at our option. If your entire order was a Wrong Product or a Missing Shipment, we will also credit the shipping charge you paid for that order. Instead of store credit, we may, at our option, ship a replacement of the same product, if available. Approved store credit is issued by email within 5 business days after approval.
Store credit, or, at our option, a replacement is our sole remedy for qualifying claims. We do not issue refunds to your original payment method for qualifying claims.
When we refund your original payment method: We refund your original payment method only when (a) we cancel your order before it ships, including for failed age verification, a restricted shipping destination, a pricing or inventory error, or suspected fraud, except as stated in Section 3; or (b) you cancel under Section 9 because we could not ship on time. These refunds include any shipping charge you paid. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post a refund.
16. STORE CREDIT TERMS
Store credit is issued as a digital code sent to the email address on your order or applied to your account. Store credit can be used only on the Site toward future purchases of Reform Botanicals products; has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law; is non-transferable and may not be resold; and does not expire. If an order paid for with store credit is later canceled, we will restore the store credit. We may void store credit obtained through fraud or abuse of this Policy.
17. FINAL-SALE AND NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Every product sold on the Site is final sale. In addition, the following are never eligible for store credit, refunds, or replacements: gift cards and store credit codes; free gifts, samples, and promotional items; and clearance, discounted bundles, limited-edition apparel, or other items marked “final sale.” If a qualifying claim involves a product bought as part of a bundle or promotion, store credit is based on the price actually paid for the affected product, as reasonably allocated by us.
18. PRODUCT SAFETY, TESTING, AND LEGAL NOTICES
This section applies to our Hemp-Derived Products.
Testing and COAs. Each batch of our Hemp-Derived Products is tested by an independent, ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory. The Certificate of Analysis (“COA”) for each batch is available on its product pages and on our lab results page at www.reformbotanicals.com/pages/certificates-of-analysis. You can match the lot number on your package to its COA.
What “THC-free” means. When we describe our Hemp-Derived Products as “THC-free,” we mean that independent third-party testing of each batch did not detect total THC above the laboratory's limit of detection, as shown on that batch's COA. “Not detected” does not mean that a product contains zero THC; it means that any THC present, if any, was below the level the laboratory's testing method can reliably measure. In all cases, our Hemp-Derived Products are formulated to contain less than 0.4 milligrams of total THC per container, consistent with federal law as in effect on the date of your order. Because laws differ by state and change over time, we restrict shipping to certain locations (see Section 4). You are responsible for knowing whether you may lawfully purchase and possess our Hemp-Derived Products where you live.
Drug testing. Our Hemp-Derived Products are made with cannabinoid isolates. However, because of individual variability, trace analytical levels, and cross-reactive screening tests, use of any hemp-derived product could result in a positive drug test. If you are subject to drug testing, consult your employer or testing provider before use.
Storage and use. Use only as directed on the label. Store Hemp-Derived Products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, and out of the reach of children and pets. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition or take prescription medication.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our Hemp-Derived Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not FDA-approved. Individual results may vary. Reform Botanicals does not provide medical advice.
19. FRAUD PREVENTION AND ABUSE OF THIS POLICY
To keep prices fair for everyone, we review claims for fraud and abuse. We may require additional verification; investigate claims with the carrier and our fulfillment partner (including reviewing packing and shipping records, delivery photos, and tracking information where available). We may approve no more than two claims per customer in any 12-month period where we approve the claim in our reasonable discretion without confirmation from our records, our fulfillment partner, or the carrier, including most delivered-but-not-received, Lost in Transit, and Short Count claims. This limit does not apply to claims that our records, our fulfillment partner, or the carrier confirm; to Defective claims, including Product Safety Issues; or to refunds under Sections 9 and 15. We may deny claims, void store credit, cancel orders, or refuse future orders where we reasonably believe a claim is false, exaggerated, or part of a pattern of abuse. Submitting a false claim may also violate the law.
20. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first at hello@reformbotanicals.com so we can try to resolve it directly. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, we may provide the issuer with information about your order, including this Policy, your acceptance of it at checkout, and tracking and delivery records. Nothing in this Policy limits any right you have to dispute a charge with your card issuer under applicable law.
21. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY; RELATIONSHIP TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new “Last Updated” date and apply to orders placed after that date. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. This Policy is part of, and is governed by, our Terms and Conditions, including its New York choice-of-law, arbitration, class action waiver, limitation of liability, and warranty disclaimer provisions. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms and Conditions on a shipping or return matter, this Policy controls.
22. SUBSCRIPTIONS
How it works. If you sign up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method every month at the price and shipping charge shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Each subscription shipment is a separate order under this Policy and our Terms and Conditions, including the 21+ requirement in Section 1. You will receive an email both 3 days before your next charge, as well as 1 day before your next charge.
Price changes. We will email you at least 5 days before any change to your subscription price or shipping charge takes effect.
How to cancel. You may cancel at any time by clicking "Cancel Subscription" in your account or emailing hello@reformbotanicals.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 14 days before your next billing date. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
Renewal charges. A shipment already charged before you cancelled is final sale under Section 11, but you may still submit a qualifying claim under Sections 12–14.
