Sesame Rice Roll Noodles Recipe
Ingredients:
5 Clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp gochugaru - Korean red pepper flakes (coarse)
3 stalk scallion, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp sesame paste
50 grams soy sauce
80 grams white vinegar
20 grams sesame oil
10 grams roasted sesame seeds
Half bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp of CHILI CHEEKS
1 ml / 50mg Reform Botanicals - Pain Relief
12 oz Rice roll
Preparation:
1. Combine garlic, scallion, and dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Add soy and vinegar and mix.
3. Whisk in sesame oil and sesame paste.
4. Add Chili Cheeks and Reform Botanicals - Chronic Pain Relief tincture
5. Cut rice rolls to 1-inch length. Dress with sesame mixture and garnish with scallions
